Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales for Bio & Life Sciences Equipment and Consumables across Pakistan. The individual will be based in Islamabad with nationwide responsibilities to drive growth, manage key accounts, and meet revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve assigned sales targets and expand business in the life sciences sector.
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers in academia, healthcare, research, and industrial sectors.
Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and follow through on leads.
Identify market trends, gather competitor insights, and recommend strategies.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and analysis.
Update and maintain data in ERP and CRM systems.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biological Sciences, or related fields.
3–5 years of proven sales experience in life sciences equipment or consumables (experience with Thermo Fisher Scientific products preferred).
Detailed knowledge of Thermo Fisher’s life sciences product line and competing brands.
Must have a valid driving license and own car or motorbike.
Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Familiar with ERP and CRM systems (for managing customers, sales pipelines, and reporting).
Willing to travel extensively across Pakistan.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work under pressure and without supervision.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
