Job Description

ob Responsibilities:
a. Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages. Must handle PABX System.
b. Direct the First Nations Members and the general public to the appropriate staff member 
c. Pick up and deliver the mail and date stamp all general correspondence
d. Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
e. Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
f. Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies 
g. Respond to public inquiries
h. Provide word-processing and secretarial support
