- Handle all the technical side of R&D
- Hand over the completed project testing system smoothly.
- Develop a mineral testing lab to perform chemical analysis of
       MgO
       CaF2 (Fluorite)
       Quartz
       Chromite
       FeCr
       BaCl2  
- Setting up of a mineral processing lab
- Conduct process sampling and perform the necessary analysis
- Check out Reagents' behavior on minerals processing and ensure process efficiency.
- Communicate for lab quotations.
- Prepare test solutions, compounds, and reagents for conducting tests and advising and coordinating test procedures.
- Develop, improve, and customize products, equipment, formulas, processes, and analytical methods.
- Develop new testing procedures if necessary.
- Maintain laboratory instruments, troubleshoot malfunctions, and purchase new laboratory supplies.
- Maintain data of tests conducted, and results achieved.
- Evaluate and ensure compliance with laboratory safety procedures and standards.
