Customer Support REpresentative
Location: Lahore (On-site)
Job Type: Full-time
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused customer support representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with 1.5 to 2 years of experience in client services or customer success, especially in UK- and USA-based campaigns. However, freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong passion for customer service are also encouraged to apply.
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for delivering exceptional support, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and support requests via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer complaints and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Accurately log and track customer interactions using CRM tools for future reference and reporting
Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Product Development, and Marketing) to address client needs and improve service delivery
Share feedback and insights on recurring issues or customer trends to support process improvements
Participate in ongoing training to enhance service skills and product knowledge
Qualifications
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
1.5 to 2 years of experience in a customer support or client services role is preferred
Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English, with a professional and empathetic tone
Excellent problem-solving abilities and the confidence to manage challenging situations
Ability to multitask and handle multiple client issues simultaneously
Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines while maintaining accuracy
A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for customer success
Experience in an international BPO or call center environment is a plus.
