Field Sales Resource for industrial hygienic flooring solutions from sectors such as Food & Beverage, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Automotive, and Textile industries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and develop new business opportunities across target industries
• Conduct client meetings and site inspections to assess project needs
• Present hygienic flooring products and their technical benefits
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams for quotations and project execution
• Handle the complete sales process from lead generation to deal closure
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, and corporate clients
• Meet sales targets and support overall business expansion
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of experience in field sales or project sales
• Experience in Construction Chemicals or Paint industry will be an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• Willingness to travel for client visits and project meetings
