Grow International “UAE” is urgently searching for financial and tax executives for its Middle East Operation having experience of “Company formation, Corporate and VAT registration including its filing, Zakat assessment and its filing, bookkeeping and preparation of FS, AML and TP documentation and its filing including its reporting as per required local and international laws as applicable in relevant country of operation.

Initiate relevant data requirement
Review data and information,
Prepare Financial statements
Prepare documents and fill forms at portal of relevant authorities
Supervise team of 2- 5 persons “onsite and remote working”
Requirements:
Minimum qualification of CA, ACCA, ICMA, CMA inter or finalist and / or other relevant equivalent degree.
Minimum experience of 2 years of performing similar jobs at site or remote working, especially in top 10 audit or consultancy firms.
Having much expertise in Microsoft and other required technical soft tools
Having workable knowledge of company formation process, corporate tax, VAT, excise duties, zakat, AML, and transfer pricing including its reporting.
Having earlier visa stay of UAE, KSA and Oman or anyone of these countries.
Willing to travel as per need of work, however, currently will work in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Service Fee and Compensation:
There will be a fixed monthly allowance as per work progress linked with agreed milestone and lumpsum service fee.
Payment will be made in UAE or Pakistan, as per location of candidate
Working Style
· Both onsite and remote working as per Company policy
Reporting and Future Career:
Direct functional reporting to UAE based Director, however administrative working will be in Pakistan.
