Role Description This is a full-time on-site (night shift) role for a Human Resources Specialist, based in Karachi. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities, including HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management. The role requires ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering a positive workplace environment. Qualifications Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and best practices Experience in HR Management and HR Policies Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Experience with HR software and tools is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field This is a full time night job
