The Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Educational Consultant for a full-time, on-site role in Lahore, Pakistan. This sales-driven role involves counseling students, converting inquiries into enrollments, and guiding them toward international university programs that align with their academic and career goals.

What You’ll Do
Conduct in-person consultations with students and parents to understand academic and career goals
Recommend best-fit countries, universities, and programs based on student profiles
Convert student inquiries into confirmed enrollments through effective counseling and follow-ups
Guide students through applications, documentation, scholarships, and timelines
Meet monthly enrollment targets
Maintain accurate student records and application pipelines
Deliver a professional, high-quality in-office counseling experience
Build long-term relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions
Stay updated on global education trends, visa requirements, and scholarship opportunities

What We’re Looking For
Required
Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on enrollments and outcomes
Solid understanding of international education systems and admissions processes
Ability to manage multiple student cases with professionalism and empathy
Minimum of 2 years of experience in education consultancy, student recruitment, or a related field

Preferred
Prior experience in education consultancy, admissions counseling, or student recruitment beyond 2 years
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, International Relations, or a related field
Confidence in handling parents and guiding students through high-stakes decisions
