Educational Consultant

Role Description: Educational Consultant (Full-Time, On-Site — Lahore)
Global Grads is seeking a passionate and student-focused Educational Consultant to join our team full-time, on-site at our Lahore office. This is an in-person role and requires daily office attendance to provide direct guidance and support to students and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-person consultations to assess students’ goals, strengths, and aspirations.
Recommend suitable countries, universities, and programs based on student profiles.
Guide students through international admissions, documentation, and scholarship applications.
Support students in preparing for academic, cultural, and social transitions abroad.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international universities and partner institutions.
Deliver exceptional in-office customer service to ensure a positive experience for families.
Stay updated on global education trends, visa policies, and scholarship opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
Strong knowledge of international education systems, admissions, and consulting processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage students and parents effectively.
Professional customer service attitude with strong relationship-building capabilities.
Ability to provide customized, solution-oriented educational guidance.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple student cases.
Preferred:
Prior experience in counseling, education consulting, or a related student-support role.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, International Relations, or a related field.
