Role Overview:
You’ll serve as the first point of contact for prospective students. Your job will be to educate, engage, and enroll customers into our training programs, as well as reach out to potential students, support existing inquiries and close leads. This is a high-impact role with direct responsibility for revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound inquiries (calls, texts, emails, chat) from prospective students
Qualify leads and explain course offerings, pricing, formats, and career paths
Follow up with inactive leads and recover lost opportunities
Guide students through the enrollment process and close sales
Support & Relationship Management:
Provide support to prospective and current students with program-related questions
Escalate technical or complex inquiries to appropriate departments
Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction and brand representation
Up-selling
Qualifications:
Proven experience in International Sales (B2C)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable using CRM tools, phone systems, and email automation
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and hit monthly targets
Background in Online education is a plus
