We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Executive to play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and generating new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will excel in lead generation and prospecting, with a strong ability to identify and engage potential clients.
Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and potential partnerships to expand the company's footprint.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Gather and analyze data to identify market segments and potential clients.
Generate leads through various channels, including cold calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
Convert leads into clients through effective sales techniques and presentations.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Negotiate contracts and agreements, while also identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials, presentations, and campaigns to support business development efforts.
Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company and build a professional network.
Prepare regular reports on business development activities, including lead generation, sales conversion rates, and revenue growth.
Use data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and refine strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align business development efforts with company goals.
Meet or exceed assigned KPIs related to lead generation, outreach activities, and engagement metrics.
Stay organized and ensure all tasks and deliverables are completed on schedule.
Share regular updates with the management team.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the technology industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.
Knowledge of the local business landscape in Islamabad and Pakistan.
