Looking for a Mechanical Draftsman with 20 years of experience, specialized in plumbing, HVAC, fire fighting, and other mechanical engineering works in a semi government organization **Prepare Detailed Drawings:** Develop and revise precise mechanical drawings and layouts for plumbing, HVAC, fire fighting, and other mechanical systems using AutoCAD and BIM software, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards. **Review and Coordinate Designs:** Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other disciplines to coordinate design intent, resolve technical issues, and integrate mechanical services within overall building layouts. **Site Coordination:** Conduct site visits to verify dimensions, assess installation feasibility, and resolve discrepancies between drawings and site conditions. **As-Built Documentation:** Prepare and update as-built drawings reflecting actual site installations and modifications for project handover and future maintenance. **Material Take-Offs:** Generate accurate material take-offs and quantity estimations from drawings for procurement and cost control. **Quality Assurance:** Ensure all drawings adhere to relevant codes (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA, local standards) and company quality procedures. **Shop Drawing Preparation:** Produce detailed shop drawings for fabrication and installation, including sections, details, and schematics for mechanical systems. **Technical Support:** Provide technical drafting support to project managers, engineers, and site teams throughout all project phases. **Documentation Management:** Organize and maintain drawing records, revisions, and documentation in accordance with project and company protocols. **Mentorship:** Guide and mentor junior draftsmen, providing training and reviewing their work for accuracy and compliance.
