Job Description
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Manager to oversee society management, administration, security operations, maintenance, and coordination with government bodies. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, manage utility services, and maintain a safe and efficient environment for residents and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee society management, ensuring smooth operations across all departments.
Supervise security teams to ensure safety and compliance with security protocols.
Manage administrative functions, records, and documentation.
Plan and monitor maintenance activities for buildings, facilities, and common areas.
Liaise with government departments, regulatory bodies, and service providers.
Oversee water supply and electricity management for the society.
Prepare and monitor budgets for maintenance and operational expenses.
Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain resident satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, safety regulations, and DHA guidelines.
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of experience in administration, security, and facility management (preferably in housing societies or real estate projects).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
In-depth knowledge of utility management (water & electricity).
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.
Proficient in MS Office and administrative documentation.
