Job Description: -

We are looking for talented and enthusiastic Tele Sales & Tele Marketing Executives to join our Online Sales & Marketing Department. We are an Online B2B platform of Middle East, based Head Office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Candidate should be familiar with online processes and reach customers (Suppliers & Buyers) online via Outbound Calls, Emails, Chats to sell our Membership Packages to the suppliers and create Buying Requirements (RFQs) from Buyers

An individual should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and will complete the training provided by the Department Manager.

Below is the Job Description for Tele Sales & Tele Marketing Executives to perform in professional manners and achieve their targets and KPI’s assigned to them on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
 
Promote www.abraa.com as a B2B E-Commerce Platform via Calling, Emailing and Chats and targets are to leave the best impression.

Outbound calls on a daily basis between 30 – 50 per day.

Direct predefined emails to internal and external suppliers or buyers one by one (100 Emails per day).

Lead Generation – External Suppliers / External Buyers

Research and Development (Industry)

Ensure suppliers and buyers should know about Abraa.com systems, procedures, functionality etc.

Initiate new leads and maintain follow-ups in order to convert leads into potential prospects

Deliver results by closing leads whilst ensuring all commitments are fulfilled

Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to supervisory staff

Refer customer complaints to manager for quality control

Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all time.
 

Requirements to get shortlisted for the above position: -

Intermediate / Bachelors
Excellent English Communication Skills both Written and Verbal (American or British Accent)
Minimum 1 - 2 years of telesales or telemarketing experience
Excellent phone manners and articulation
Professional Attitude

The candidate working from home need to report to an office every Saturday.
 
Working Timings and Shifts: -

Morning, Evening and Night as per market requirements

6 Days working, Sunday will be off
