Sales Engineer

We are looking for a candidate have BSc / B.Tech / MBA or equal qualification for fullfill following Job Description.
Perform market research to identify marketability of existing or potential products & services
Develop relevant business plans to enhance the capabilities of the company
Develop content for promotional material including brochures, banners, pamphlets and website information
Identify new projects & potential customers
Establish contact with prospective customers and educate them about company capabilities
Liaise with previous and existing customers for feedback on existing products & services & future projects
Participate in all tender activities including preparation, documentation, liaison with customer for clarification, submission and opening
Co-ordinate with General Proposals Department & Environment Section for preparation and submission of proposals
Receive and log all inquiries from customers
Receive and log customer complaints and co-ordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution
Obtain customer feedback through customer satisfaction form, monitor and analyse the feedback and communicate the results to all concerned
