To prepare monthly Sales Tax returns and submit to FBR & PRA through their online system
To prepare details against various notices received from Income Tax and sales tax authorities and liaise with the consultant for reply.
To collect required documents and liaise with tax consultant for filing of Directors annual income tax returns  and wealth statements.
To arrange marine insurance on delivery of equipment/ items to customers site.
To arrange insurance of new assets (both leased & owned) and renewal of insurance policies before expiry, along with Payments of insurance premium on due dates and coordinate with insurance companies for settlement of various claims.
To post in ledger receipts from customers and prepare bank reconciliation of different banks   fortnightly basis.
To reconcile and update account receivable status with customers
