Oversee the overall procedure of foreign outlets/warehouses of the organization.
Correspondence with local and foreign forwarders, shipping companies, customs in Europe and USA and warehousing in USA and Europe Manage the import & export process of the Company, ensuring that the commodities meet the standards of the destination country.
Ensure that all legal requirements are looked into.
Ensure that such shipping details as export licensing, product routing, shipping, packing as well as customs declarations are organized well.
Maintain information about licenses and tariffs, as well as restrictions.
Manage compliance of local customs and taxation regulations, manufacturing bond/or DTRE, DLTL & export rebate including customs audits.
• Should be able to stay abreast with the changes in import & export laws and regulations that impact on the operations of the organization.
Liaison with internal and external stakeholders on smooth functioning of supply chain
