Amazon, Etsy, and TikTok etc. Shop Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, inventory, and sales performance across multiple e-commerce platforms to ensure maximized visibility and growth. This role combines technical marketplace expertise (SEO, PPC) with content strategy and creator collaboration, particularly for TikTok Shop.
Core Responsibilities
Platform Management: Oversee daily operations for Amazon Seller Central, Etsy, and TikTok Seller Center, maintaining account health and compliance.
Listing & SEO Optimization: Create and optimize product listings with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and high-quality images/videos to increase organic visibility. Hunting new product and souring.
Inventory & Order Fulfillment: Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock forecasting, and ensure timely processing of orders and returns.
TikTok Shop & Affiliate Strategy: Manage TikTok Shop Creator/Affiliate programs, identify influencers, and coordinate campaigns to boost sales through user-generated content (UGC).
Advertising & Marketing: Run PPC campaigns (Amazon Ads) and TikTok Ads Manager campaigns, optimizing for ROI and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
Performance Analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales trends, conversion rates, and traffic, generating actionable insights to improve store performance.
Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries, disputes, and reviews to maintain a positive seller rating. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]
Key Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience (1–3+ years) in e-commerce management, specifically with Amazon FBA, Etsy, and TikTok Shop.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in TikTok Shop Seller Center, TikTok Ads Manager, Etsy seller tools, and Amazon Seller Central.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and use platforms like Helium10 or Jungle Scout to drive decisions.
Content Creation: Understanding of TikTok trends, content-based commerce, and basic video editing tools like CapCut.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for influencer outreach and customer service.
