Minimum CCNA/Part CCNP qualified
JNCIA or JNCIS – CCNP; Telecoms related degree


Experience






Demonstrable experience of working within an operational support environment.


Good support/troubleshooting experience gained within an ISP operational environment including supporting Juniper products

Skills & Abilities






TCP/IP, OSPF

Competent in networking concepts and applications including hands on configuration activities

Good documentation skills
BGP, MPLS, JunOS CLI hands on experience. Juniper product knowledge to include M/T, ERX and Netscreen

Personal Qualities






Excellent written and verbal communication skills; good team player; highly motivated self starter; good relationship builder

Previous experience of 24/7 shift working
