Wanted Profile:

• Be a highly technical Guru and visionary
• Vast experience , knowledge and strong ability of programming in PHP with working knowledge of MySQL (scalable database driven websites), Flash and other web technologies
• Extraordinary skills of brainstorming in order to develop requirements specification for web application, including technical specification and application features lists.
• Passionate about web technologies, usability, analytics and has systematic approach
• Young, energetic and self-starter with Entrepreneurial spirit
• Experience of using open source software and handy knowledge of e-commerce
• Willingness to do what it takes to get the job done and get the site up live, tested and bug free

Education:
• pursuing BS Computer Sciences or already completed
• Proven track record of successful projects in PHP and MySQL

Compensation:
• Percentage and ownership of the company with aim of launching the startup together

• Initially you can work from home or parallel to your studies/professional work
