About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Client Success Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and delivering excellent service at every interaction.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and handle their queries promptly and professionally.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requests and projects.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction.
Prepare and share regular reports, feedback, and updates with clients and management.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services where appropriate.
Resolve client concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive relationship.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
A positive attitude with a passion for customer success.
Prior experience in client servicing, customer support.
