Senior Integration & Automation Specialist

Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent
Work Schedule: Flexible (Preferred overlap: 10 AM – 6 PM PKT)
Location: Pakistan (Fully Remote – Work from Home)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Experience: 2–5 years in software development, integration, or automation (iPaaS experience preferred)
Compensation: PKR 100,000 – 150,000/month (based on skills and experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement system integrations between business applications such as ERP, CRM, HR, and finance systems
• Build and maintain automated workflows to streamline business processes across different functions
• Develop reliable and scalable data flows using APIs and integration platforms
• Work with iPaaS and low-code tools to deliver integration and automation solutions
• Support AI-driven automation use cases, including document processing and data handling
• Translate business requirements into practical integration and automation solutions
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve integrations to ensure performance and reliability
• Maintain clear technical documentation for integrations and workflows
• Lead and guide junior developers, including onboarding, mentoring, and technical training
• Collaborate with the team and work directly with international clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in software development, system integration, or automation engineering
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, data formats (JSON/XML), and integration concepts
• Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or Java)
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or HR systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Experience with iPaaS or automation platforms such as MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, Boomi, Make, Zapier, or similar tools is a plus
• Basic understanding of AI concepts and their application in automation is a plus
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in debugging and resolving integration issues
• Excellent English communication skills for direct interaction with international clients
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, distributed team environment
• Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a strong interest in automation and emerging technologies
• Ability and willingness to mentor or guide junior developers as the team grows
