Job Description

We’re Hiring: Sales Engineer (Industrial Automation)
C&M Automation Pvt. Ltd. is expanding, and we’re looking a dedicated Sales Engineer to help drive the next phase of growth.
We’ve built a strong foundation delivering automation projects across industries like Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Power, and Pharma.
 Role Overview
Lead generation, client meetings, and relationship building
Prepare technical proposals (PLC, SCADA, VFD solutions)
Drive product + project sales
Work closely with the engineering team on solution development
Who We’re Looking For:
4–6 years experience in industrial automation sales
Exposure to PLC/SCADA systems (preferably Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider)
Strong communication and client handling skills
Ability to independently drive the full sales cycle
This is a high-impact role — you’ll be building the sales function from the ground up and working directly with leadership.
 Location: Karachi
