We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development and Client Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, Look for new potential clients by making phone calls, fostering relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. You should be a motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills.


1. Business Development: - Identify and research potential clients and markets to expand our business reach. - Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to achieve sales targets. - Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling and online research. - Initiate contact with potential clients, effectively conveying our value proposition.

2. Calling potential clients: - Conduct outbound calls to prospects, introducing our services and identifying their needs. - Develop and deliver compelling pitch presentations that effectively showcase our offerings. - Qualify leads, gather information, and assess potential client fit.

3. Client Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups. - Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements. - Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications: - A Bachelor's degree is preferred. - Experience in business development, cold calling, and client relationship management. - Understanding of sales principles, techniques, and negotiation skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. - Ability to build and maintain professional relationships. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
