CabCall Experts is providing a professional call answering service to foreign clients and their customers in various parts around the globe, encompassing United Kingdom, Australia, and the USA. Established over 10 years ago, our company continues to evolve and attract new clients till date. Due to recent expansion in our client base, we are looking for new staff to join our team!
About the role:
This is a fast-paced position with high volume call levels. You will possess the ability to use a computer, problem solve, multitask, provide excellent levels of customer service and achieve KPIs.

Requirements:
You must possess a friendly and professional phone manner, basic technical skills, writing skills and learn an industry-specific database, and be able to multitask.
At least 1 -2 years of experience in a customer-facing job.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Strong time management and prioritizing skills.
Quick, innovative learners with an ability to adapt and add value.

Job Duties:
Answer incoming customer inquiries
Record and modify customer information within the database
Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns/queries
Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
Other duties as requested

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month

UK Taxi Campaign: 1 year (Preferred)
