Job Description

A. Bachelor's Degree in Vocational/Academic Education or Engineering. Master's Degree desirable.

B. Eight (8) years experience in training or vocational/academic education, including 3 years professional experience in training program development and evaluation.

C. Excellent command of oral and written English. A similar competence in Arabic is desired.

D. Must have had advanced training and/or experience in ESL/Math/Science/Vocational training programs, training systems, or educational media/technology applications. Must have strong background in educational psychology, evaluation methodology, educational testing and measurement/computer applications.
