Blue Sky Environmental Consultancy & Executive is 100% local company in UAE, providing ISO certifications, Environment, Occupational Safety & Health consultancy, and Training services in the UAE & Pakistan. Our company requires a female telemarketing Executive for its Karachi back office.
 
Qualification and skills
University degree holder with 2-3 years’ experience in a similar field, and a proven record of accomplishment of reaching the market.
Good business acumen
Strong motivation and a positive approach to researching and analyzing new business opportunities.
Good client management skills
Passionate customer focused attitude.
Strong communication skills in all disciplines including written, oral, email and presenting.
A positive attitude to dealing with people.
Willingness to go the extra mile to support the team, the customer, and the event.
 
Responsibilities and duties:
Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote services of company;
Influences customers to buy or retain service by following a prepared script;
Solicit orders for services over the telephone;
Explain the service to potential customers;
Handle customer queries;
Obtain customer information including names and addresses;
Record customer details including reaction to the service offered.
Obtain contact details of potential customers and Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers;
Answer telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to advertisements;
Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction;
Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis;
