Job Description

Hire, train, and retain sales representatives.
Conduct Daily, Weekly, and Monthly meetings with SRs & Communicate Targets with Each SRs and Motivate them to achieve sales targets.
Maintaining solid working relationships with Distributors by ensuring that their needs are met and resolving complaints on time.
Cover the full retail sector of absent or short SRs to ensure the day target.
Ensure Complete Reporting (Daily, Weekly, and Monthly.
Any other company tasks assigned by the line manager.
