Ensure timely response to online inquiries received through digital platforms.
2. Customer Support
Handle customer inquiries related to travel packages, bookings, and services.
Provide detailed travel plans and share package information with clients.
Conduct customer calling for new leads, follow-ups, and closing of sales.
Qualify mature leads and maintain proper records of interactions.
Coordinate with operations, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain a professional and helpful attitude while dealing with customers.
Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and effective communication.
3. Voice Over & Videos for Social Media Platforms
Provide clear, professional, and engaging voice-over for company advertisements and videos.
Support in script reading and voice recording for digital campaigns.
Ensure the voice tone matches the brand image and message.
Contribute ideas for video content and assist in execution.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Communication, Media Studies, or BBA.
Experience: 1–2 years in digital media/customer support.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident spoken English & Urdu.
Good personality and professional attitude.
Ability to multitask and manage workload effectively.
Strong digital media knowledge and customer service skills.
