Job Description
We are excited to announce an opening in our customer service team in our Pakistan office located in Bahria Town Phase 4, Islamabad.
As a Customer Support Officer, you will be the front-line support for our client's customers, ensuring their queries are resolved with efficiency and empathy. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the high standards of customer satisfaction that Aroma Flowers known for.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage large amounts of incoming Whatsapp Messages, customer inquiries & calls with a professional demeanor.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Keep records of customer interactions, orders, and requirements
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Requirements:
English Writing & Speaking skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Must have a Graduation Degree.
Good typing speed with a high level of accuracy.
