Business Manager ( Principal Sec.) Female / Salary 1 Lac

Well reputed Licensed Mineral Water & Quality Research Company currently looking for “ Business Manager (Principal Secretary) to Chairman ” Group - requires Female for this Position.

Eligibility BBA / BS / MBA / MS / M. phil /  M.Com / CA / LLB / LLM / PhD in any Field as ( Engineering, Environmental Science, Computer Science, Microbiology, Medical Science, Business Administration, Accounting, Mass Communication & Law ). Minimum requirement Bachelors.

Requirement : Who Could Visit to different areas ( Regions ) Of Pakistan For Events, Research Work, Projects, Meetings, Seminars etc.  Motivated, Implementer and Enthusiastic attitude.

Responsibilities & Duties : Providing all Organized Administrative, Secretarial, Research Work Surveys, Workshops and Companies Management Support to the Chairman and Team Co-Ordination including Diary Management, Travel Arrangements, Managing Budgets, Expenses, Ordering Supplies. Arrange Meetings & Schedule, Drafting, Prepare Correspondence Reports, Memos, Contracts, Marketing Material and Maintains informational Data Bases. Answering Phone Calls, E-mails and Use all appropriate Social Media tools to Communicate and Interact. Co-Ordinate With all Team Members, Organizers, Volunteers and Ambassadors. Liaise between Chairman, Managers, Customers and Employees.

Skills Required Communication Abilities, Management Skills : Business Knowledge , Finance , People Management , Policy Deployment , Delegating , Ability to Self Initiated, prioritize and Multitasking. Professional Writing, Good Computer Skills, Analytical Skills, Great Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills.
Salary Monthly Offered : Rs 100,000, Timmings  9 : 30 am – 7: 30 pm ( No Transportation )
