Aizhaan & Co. LLC – Residential & Commercial Services is hiring a Virtual Assistant (Remote) to support our U.S.-based operations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills and be available during U.S. business hours (evening shift in Pakistan). This is a remote position focused on customer communication, scheduling, and day-to-day operations support.
Responsibilities:
Answer calls, emails, and messages from customers promptly.
Provide quotes, book services, and handle rescheduling requests.
Review resumes, conduct prescreening calls, and schedule interviews.
Update scheduling software and maintain Google Sheets/Docs for daily tracking.
Call potential commercial clients and log follow-ups.
Requirements:
Fluent English (spoken & written) with a neutral accent.
Comfortable in Basic Computer Usage and able to work in a fast paced environment.
Prior experience in customer service, call center, or VA roles.
Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working evenings and late night hours (Pakistan time) to match U.S. business hours.
Multiple Shifts are available especially weekends.
Compensation:
Part-Time (20 hrs/week): PKR 40,000/month
Full-Time (40 hrs/week): PKR 80,000/month
Paid Training for a month:
On qualification for the job, you will be provided 15-30 days of paid training on the specific tools and software used for the job.
