Senior Video Editor

Job Description:
12 Consultants is seeking a skilled and creative Video Editor with hands-on experience in Adobe Creative Suite including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video editing and a flair for motion graphics and animations. You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality video content for our social media pages and digital campaigns.
This role requires a keen eye for storytelling, pacing, and design, along with the technical ability to bring concepts to life through motion and visuals.


Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor with experience in producing engaging YouTube videos, dynamic short-form content (Reels & Shorts), and impactful promotional videos.
Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, engaging content for various platforms (with Primary focus on YouTube, Instagram and other social media platforms).
Create and integrate motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects.
Enhance video projects with visual effects, transitions, sound design, and color correction.
Collaborate with the content, marketing, and design teams to ensure visual consistency and creative alignment.
Use Photoshop for basic image editing, graphics, and asset preparation.
Manage multiple projects and meet production deadlines with efficiency and creativity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
Solid understanding of video editing principles, storytelling, and pacing.
Strong portfolio showcasing video editing and motion graphic work.
Attention to detail and a creative approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and time management skills.
