Senior Graphic Designer

Job Description:
12 Consultants is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong expertise in Adobe softwares including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects—primarily focused on corporate graphics, website graphics, creatives and animations. The ideal candidate will also have a working knowledge of graphics tools and techniques and knowledge of video editing would be plus point.
As a part of our dynamic team, you'll play a key role in designing engaging visual content for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and student-focused initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:
Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and animations for various digital media.
Candidate who can design animations using Adobe After Effects for social media, presentations, and promotional videos can be preferred.
Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to conceptualize and develop visually compelling campaigns.
Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials.
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects (would be plus).
Strong portfolio showcasing graphics and animations work.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and a strong sense of visual storytelling.
Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly.
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
