Title – Beauty Educator
 
Job Responsibilities:
1. Act as international presenter for the skin care department within the group
2. Establish and maintain training policies and programs according to the brand standards and requirements
3. Represent international skin care brand to relevant market in Pakistan
4. Develop and deliver a detailed training plan strategy for skin care brand
5. Supporting customers/partners with correct technical information on the international skin care brand represented
6. Travel and conduct trainings, workshops and seminar for clients across the operating country; to be able to travel abroad for international trainings provided by international skin care brand.
7. Regular coordination with the relationship manager when needed regarding their client trainings in the market.
8. Responsible for the efficient running of all the trainings following the newest trends adopted by the skin brand.
9. Understand the goals of the organization, the skill level and educational needs of Sales and Trainers
10. Provide technical training and instruction to ensure that all company policies and procedures are adhered to by all the parties.
11. Responsible for assessing the knowledge and the skill level of beauticians and sales team through technical and product knowledge trainings, assessments and observation.
