• Participate in review and revision of HR Policies. Takes the lead in ensuring uniformity in execution of company policies and procedures and/or its revision from time to time.
• Conduct workplace reviews and provides feedback to Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP), in the prevention and resolution of employee issues which arise out of or affect work situations.
• Provide support in execution of employee relations programs/practices that create a positive organizational culture and enable management effectiveness.
• Ensure effective execution in management of end to end recruitment for operational and middle management staff as designated by HRBP.
• Ensure effective use of and employees updated data track on HR Information System. Liaise with HR Team and HRBP to ensure reports/data track is shared on need and periodic basis.
• Coordinate and execute final settlement process as per HR Policy and approval of management whereby also conducts exit interviews as & when needed.
