It s a Back office Job, Non- Voice Process, Rotational Day shifts.

Job profile - Finance, HR Assistant and Manager, Marketing officer, IT specilist
Cataloging (categorizing) contracts and deals of derivative trades of our clients
Capturing data from client systems and online faxes to our system
Processing the captured deals and contracts
Reconcile data against standards using custom-built tools
Auditing the processed deals and contracts
Client coordination
Maintaining reports using tools like Excel

Browsing through the clientele websites.
Author content on hardware products for leading eComm site
Timely and accurate categorization of customer feedback
Understanding changing requirements and managing customer expectations
Maintaining regular client communication
