Eco World International Berhad is a public listed Malaysian company involved in property development outside Malaysia. The Company has successfully launched three projects in United Kingdom and one in Australia with a total gross development value (GDV) of RM12.96 billion. Eco World International's projects in the United Kingdom comprise three developments in London strategically located along the bank of the River Thames, offering good connectivity to public transportation and community amenities. London City Island is an island-style residential neighbourhood on the Leamouth Peninsula near Canary Wharf, London. It is also designed as an arts and cultural destination, anchored by presence of the English National Ballet which has chosen to make it their new home. Wardian London, which is conveniently located next to Canary Wharf, features modern architecture with innovative landscaping offering a sense of escape whilst remaining connected to the thriving city. Embassy Gardens, located in the heart of Nine Elms emphasises on design and engineering craftsmanship with its “floating” transparent Sky Pool. It is slated to be London’s new diplomatic precinct.
