Job Description:

The Web Designer will develop projects from their initial concept to final publication. This person must be detail oriented, organized, and be a clear communicator, and also must stay current with new trends in web design.
The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in designing tools as well as front end coding in XHTML, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Flash and all the things that turn static design documents into modern, dynamic and engaging interactive websites and application.


Skills Required:
Proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite with proven expertise in Photoshop, Fireworks, Illustrator, Flash and Dreamweaver
Expertise in coding HTML, XHTML and CSS, JavaScript, emphasizing table-free layouts
Experience with cross-browser and cross-platform testing and quality assurance
Experience with Flash Designing and Animation scripting
Knowledge of Ajax.
Strong visual and conceptual design sense
Understanding of interface design and usability principles
Good organizational skills
Comfortable working independently and in collaborative scenarios
