Job Description       
Telecruize Support Center is looking for dynamic and self motivated staff, for its office located in Rawalpindi.       
we are expanding our sales force and looking for CSRs and telemarketing executives to work with us and grow their careers.       
Manage large amounts of  outbound calls in a timely manner.       
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.       
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.       
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.       
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.       
Ability to work in afternoon shift and Night shifts.       
Strong spoken english with good communication skills
