The Finance Manager will work under the direct supervision of the Operational Management Committee and Program Director. He/she will be responsible and accountable for the financial and operational management and reporting of Insaf Network Pakistan and its programs according to the requirements as set by donor(s) and INP Board of Directors.
Specific responsibilities include; assessment of financial needs and cash flow requirements, financial planning (including budget submissions), contract management, payroll (when necessary), financial reporting and audit. In addition, s/he will need to identify and resolve any financial management problems that may arise, facilitate the involvement of Program Director, Operations Management Committee members in the development and funding of projects.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Master Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Finance
Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in financial management, accounting and administration.
Extensive experience in proposal preparation and budget formulation
Experience of strategic and program planning processes
Understanding of multi and bilateral donor policies and procedures
Proven numeracy and financial analysis / planning skills
Ability to use financial system to track accounting activity is required
Knowledge of computer systems, internet navigation and various office applications.
