Role; Technical Sales Engineer
Purpose of Role;
Digital Links; is looking for a Technical Sales Engineer (Security & Surveillance Industry) to serve as liaison in all pre-sales activities between clients, engineers, designers, R & D officials, and then estimates complex solutions for CCTV, access control, visual surveillance, biometric & RFID, fire alarm system, parking management system, time attendance, tracking and mechanical security solutions. Personal will also work closely with the teams of sales, business development, projects and operations. Individual will responsible to support the sales and provide support for solution demonstrations, technical discussions, and general best practices.
Requirements of Role;
Responsible to identify and develop market opportunities, Responsible to support existing customers and drive sales growth through proactive account management and via technical expertise, Responsible to prepare, present and maintain a sales plan with tech and non tech details, Responsible to execute presentations and demonstrations if customer need, Responsible to acquire, maintain and report adequate knowledge of product, market and competition, Ability to use CRM, POS, Proven ability to exceed targets with ‘similar’ sales experience, You will be tasked with providing pre and post sales technical advice and support for products. You will be the key point of contact for clients, answering queries, providing technical advice and introducing new products. Strong awareness of Digital Links competitors and products in the IP and Digital CCTV marketplace.
