Job Description:
Lead the team of sales department
Achieve new sales targets by managing the sales team
Answering questions and provides assistance to potential and current customers
Coordinating and properly answer clients on e-mail regarding complains
Responsible to maintain Daily Report of Sales and Performance
Executing plans which will result in maximizing sale-in percentages
Answering clients’ inquiries
Up-selling and cross-selling while discussing the offered product with all customers
Meeting or exceeding monthly / quarterly / annual customer support team goals
Demonstrating excellent oral and written communication skills
Using knowledge base / training material to resolve Customers concerns
Cold Calling to Corporate Clients in order to generate leads
Follow up the leads
