A Well reputed FMCG Company required competent and result oriented Key Accounts Manager-Lahore.
• Develop/review/monitor strategic Account and Category Plans, sales forecasts, and budget for key accounts.
• Implement all trade marketing programs in key accounts / institutions throughout the area
• Negotiating long term business relationships with International Accounts to ensure sustained growth and in-store dominance
• Negotiate annual contracts and manage trade promotions with International/Local Chains like Metro, Hyperstar, Chain One, CSD and Big Supper Stores, B2B in Central Zone-Lahore .
Responsible for generating sales from modern trade customers.
• Responsible for all the trade and marketing activities.
• Create and implement institutional Sales plans in line with company sales plan and company strategy.
• Actively monitor and ensure that institution customer’s work within sales plan perimeters. Organize and effectively implement new product launches / Re-Launches throughout all the institutions as required.
• Responsible for building business with Key Accounts through better shelf share, excellent visibility, shared ownership and business development initiatives.
• Design the yearly promotional calendar by aligning marketing activities at IMT’s between the Marketing and Key Accounts team.
Qualification: MBA(Marketing)/ Graduate/ or equivalent
Experience: 8-10years with well reputed FMCG-Foods Companies. Out of the total 8 years’ experience a minimum of recent 3 years’ experience at same position of a medium size company is a pre-requisite for the position.
