Web Designer

PEOPLE WE NEED
We are looking for web designers either an individual capacity or a company (preferably based in the major cities of Pakistan) to design, develop websites and web templates. Ideal Candidate must have at least 1 year practical working experience in a firm. Must have good command in Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver and expert knowledge in XHTML, CSS and JAVASCRIPT is necessary. You must also have internet access at your home.
POSITIONS AVAILABLE
Currently 5 positions are available for individuals and 3 positions for companies or group of designers working as a team.
SELECTION PROCEDURE
Selected candidate will be asked to do a trail work for us, which will be assigned, monitored and assessed by our Resources Development Manager.
REMUNRATION
Successful candidates will be paid on Project basis. Salary will vary from project to project or can be paid on per hour basis depending on nature of project.

FUTURE WITH US
Once you have completed 10 projects successfully as per our standard, we will promote you to team leader. A permanent position could be offered depending on your interest and performance. There are great further chances of growth.
