FINCON SERVICES, one of the leading consulting firms of Pakistan is looking for the services of professionals for an anticipated USAID project” Capacity Building of FATA Secretariat Phase 2”. It invites eligible professionals to apply for the following posts in full confidence.
Chief of Party (COP) - The COP should have at least ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in international donor development project management including prior experience as a COP/Project Director. He/she should possess a solid understanding of and experience in managing and successfully implementing public administration and capacity building programs in politically sensitive and volatile environments, preferably in the FATA region, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa or similar environment. The COP must have an advanced degree in public administration, finance, economics or related field from an accredited university. Sound understanding of FATA development needs and political environment is also highly desirable. Demonstrated exemplary diplomatic and interpersonal skills are required. Prior experience working with USAID contractors or grantees is preferred. Fluency in spoken and written Pashtu is preferred.
